As you certainly know, the year 2020 started in a very unusual way for Chinese people and the whole world. The new COVID-19 has swept the country since December. Up to today, more than 100,000 people have been confirmed positive to the virus and, among them, almost 4,000 lost their lives. The City of Wuhan, which hosted two major International Conferences on water in 2018 and 2019, and which is now the epicentre of the virus, is paying the highest price for that, unfortunately.
